چکیده
Introduction . Automotive radars are the main tools for providing traffic safety. The development of such involve a number technical difficulties due to manufacture high-precision extremely high-frequency (EHF) printed circuit boards. To facilitate process creating devices, existing algorithms radar information processing should be debugged using prototypes from manufacturers mm-band transceivers. However, parameters boards not known in advance, and actual operating conditions as-produced automotive raise new challenges target tracking algorithms. Therefore, checking performance is relevant research problem. Aim evaluate millimeter-wave prototype test this prototype. Materials methods An original method was used, which considers constraints on use additional data sources about carrier movement. Results experimental evaluation 77 GHz carried out. effectiveness primary class “vehicle” millimetre range checked. Original were proposed tested. Conclusion obtained results show that board transceiver chip capable testing without an own Thus, developmental can significantly shortened. Moreover, after hardware solution, developer obtains reference device configure product expensive rare EHF equipment.

متن کاملLow-Power Power Amplifier for 77-GHz Automotive Radars
In this paper we present low-power 77-GHz power amplifier (PA) for the long range automotive radar. The proposed amplifier is designed using TSMC 0.13-μm RF CMOS (fT/fmax=120/140 GHz) technology, and it is powered by a 1.5V supply. To reduce power dissipation, we consider bias voltage, transistor size optimization, matchings and layout optimization. To improve power gain of the amplifier, it ha...
